About me

Hello, I am Julie and I would like to thank you for visiting my profile. I believe that reaching out for support takes great strength and through our work together, we will be able to find positive ways forward for you. I am passionate about helping people to care for themselves, developing self-awareness and self-compassion through Psychotherapy. If you’d like support, please call, message, or email me and we can start on your journey to improved wellbeing.

A highly qualified and experienced Psychotherapist and supervisor in private practice with Serenity Centre and the prestigious Harley Therapy of Harley Street, London. I have spent nine years working within corporate and private settings, alongside volunteering for mental health charities such as MIND and Frontline19. My positions have included the strategic and operational management of psychological wellbeing teams and clinical supervision of practitioners.

I am registered with the UKCP and specialise in working with adults, older people, couples and groups. I have an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy and as such I am able to draw upon a variety of theories, tools and skills including transactional analysis, developmental theory, attachment, object relations, gestalt and psychodynamics among others to support my work with a diverse range of clients.

In my private practice I work both face to face and online with schizoid, borderline and narcissistic personality structures and presenting issues including but not limited to trauma, abuse, addiction, depression, anxiety, bereavement, life transition and relationship difficulties.
