About me
Therapy is a safe space for exploring questions from childhood, navigating trauma, addressing gender or sexuality concerns, complex mental health, managing anxiety, and everything in between or just having a space to talk about life (how often do we get an hour just to rant/breathe/explore)
Life can be overwhelming, and it's okay not to have all the answers we can embark on a journey of exploration together.
Every session is crafted to meet your unique needs, ensuring a focus on you, with acceptance and non-judgment. If life's challenges are making it difficult to find happiness, think clearly, or cope with day-to-day tasks, let's embark on this journey together. Your well-being is my priority, and I am here to support you in navigating the complexities of your unique experience.
