About me
Hello, I am Jade.
I hope you are ok, before I explained about my qualifications and the type of work I do, I wanted to explain how you get started.
You have already done step one you are on the Counselling Directory thinking about reaching out (I know how much courage this takes, so well done). I offer a safe, warm environment where you can open up without fear of judgement.
If you like what you see on my profile and interested in finding out more; please email me asking for a free telephone consultation. It would be really helpful if you can give me a little information about what you are going through. I will arrange a phone call with you to have a chat, if you like what you hear and want to go ahead then we will look to book a session in these can be in person or virtually.
I am a qualified pluralistic counsellor ( this means I am am trained in a lot of different approaches) I am also a hypnotherapist and youth mindfulness coach. I work with lots of different methods and approaches, this means I can adapt my sessions to my clients and find the right method for them. I often use creative activities to help my clients access their feelings if they are struggling to find the right words.
I work with both adults and children, who have a variety of presenting issues from bereavement, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem and much more.
