About me

My work as a psychotherapist is based on the belief that change is possible, and if you are here, change is what you hope for. Therapy is a space to feel safe to share, to allow your feelings to be heard and understood. We will explore your true self and bring your challenges to the fore, imagining and creating a life where you are not only surviving but thriving. As a counsellor, I believe that all human beings are unique with an entity of a body, mind, and spirit; all human lives are precious and exceptional. I use an integrative, psychodynamic, relational approaches where we look into the past in order to gain insight on the present. I also offer CBT if required. I am a lecturer in Counselling, and have always balanced clinical work with academic responsibilities.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Metanoia Institute), MSc in Clinical Psychology (SWPS). I am a member of UKCP, BACP and BPS. Also, I am completing doctoral training in Counselling Psychology.

I have been working in the field of mental health in various capacities since 2004.
