About me
Hi, I'm Isobel. My clients would describe me as warm, honest and direct. I offer non-judgmental psychotherapy for a broad range of issues, many of which centre around anxieties, self esteem, self defeating behaviours, relationships, abuse and trauma. I'm an integrative therapist, which means I draw from a few different styles of therapy- please ask if you'd like to know more about this. I am keen on exploring the mind body connection and view mental health in a holistic way! I currently offer both short term and long term therapy online and in person.
Reaching out can sometimes be the most difficult step- I can help you think about your problem and your options. Training, qualifications & experience
- Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling
- Qualified in Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming
- Experienced in working with all ages over 16
- Qualified as a specialist in Psychosexual Disfunction
- Experienced in working with Psychedelic experiences, and a member of the Institute of Psychedelic Therapy

Whilst most of my work is focussed around issues that cause anxiety and depression, (including relationship and family problems), I also specialise in the following areas:

- I also have specialized training in psychotherapy for Psychedelic Integration. (I'm Psychedelics aware and help people who want to understand their psychedelic experiences better).
