About me
Hi, I’m Isobel - a warm, direct and down-to-earth therapist offering a space where you can feel truly heard.
I work with both individuals and couples, supporting people through a wide range of challenges — including anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, and self-defeating patterns.
I'm also experienced working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, autism, or traits. Whether you’re exploring a recent diagnosis, struggling with masking, burnout, or executive functioning, therapy can help you make sense of your experience and develop more self-compassion and clarity.
I’m an integrative therapist, which means I draw from several therapeutic approaches — including relational, psychodynamic, and body-based work — to suit your unique needs. I’m especially interested in the mind-body connection, and I take a holistic view of mental health that respects your emotional, physical and neurobiological experiences.
Clients describe me as compassionate, grounded, and gently direct. I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, online and in person, and I welcome you wherever you’re at in your journey.
Reaching out can feel like a big step - but you don’t have to have it all figured out to start. If something here resonates, get in touch for a free, no-pressure chat. It’s important to me that therapy feels like a good fit for both of us.
