About me

So, you’ve decided to take that first step and research if counselling is right for you. This is a very brave thing to do. I know, because I have been where you are now.

My name is Inge, and I am here to help you navigate your way through what has brought you here today. I offer an empathetic space for you to explore your presenting issues and move through your counselling journey at a pace that is good for you. I adopt a person led approach whereby I work with you by continually discussing the direction your counselling journey is progressing to and if it is having the desired effect you had hoped for.

I have experience of working with issues like anxiety, depression, improving self-esteem, substance misuse, domestic abuse, hate crime, bereavement, stress, relationships, work-related issues and personal development.

I am currently working online so you can attend therapy from your own safe space. Committing to therapy can seem like a big step, I am here to help you make that step so that you may begin your journey forward. Counselling is also very personal, which is why I offer an introductory call so we can discuss if I am the right person for you.
