About me
Deciding to attend therapy is a difficult decision. It is important that you find a therapist with whom you can feel comfortable in being your authentic self, I aim to provide you with that experience. I believe there is no position or age from which positive change cannot be made and will support you in the process.
Who am I and how do I work?
I am an Integrative Therapist and Coach with experience of each client's multi-faceted, complex and changing needs. I offer Therapy, Coaching or Personal Consultancy (a model which blends the therapeutic and coaching worlds to assist clients to resolve issues and achieve goals).
Counselling and therapy services:
As an integrated therapist, I can draw on a number of approaches to assist us in our work to ensure that you receive a bespoke service which can address your needs. I offer help with any area that is problematic for you - from trauma, loss, ADHD, family or work issues.
Walking therapy
As well as traditional therapy, I also offer walking therapy where, after an initial session, we undertake our sessions outside, walking in a traffic free area. This can allow you to discuss your issues more freely and can help anxious clients who find the confines of a therapy room problematic, however I also have a relaxing therapy space in which we can work together.
Coaching services:
Alternatively, if you have a goal that you wish to achieve, either personally or professionally, it is vital you find someone who can bring energy, enthusiasm and pragmatism to your sessions. I am an experienced coach with a high success rate working with some wonderful people who have achieved amazing things.
ADHD services
I provide therapy and coaching to help you with a new diagnosis or to manage your ADHD. In addition, I also offer ADHD coaching services which can be arranged via the DWP and paid for by your employer.
Personal consultancy services:
Personal consultancy is a new approach which seamlessly blends the therapy and coaching disciplines and allows the flexibility to work in the past, present and future. It bridges the gaps in therapy and coaching which delineate their scope. Personal consultancy sessions are a little longer than traditional therapy sessions, lasting from 60-75 minutes.
Corporate coaching, seminars and workshops
I also have experience in the corporate space and provide seminars and workshops on a number of issues including but not limited to anxiety management, managing overwhelm, overcoming negative self talk, managing change, as well as coaching for individuals and groups.
Psychosexual therapy
I provide therapeutic services relating to issues with gender, sexuality, and issues with intimate relationships.
Support for clients with auto immune issues
I also provide support to those who are diagnosed with auto immune conditions; often invisible but life altering and difficult to manage. I have had MS for 15 years and have worked with a number of clients with issues related to auto immune conditions
Environment
I have a comfortable and light therapy space in which we can work together and I employ a creative as well as theoretical approach. I offer an initial telephone consultation or a short initial session with no obligation to see how we fit.
Insurance Providers
I am currently on the panel for AXA, Aviva, BUPA and Vitality Health Insurers
I look forward to hearing from you.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
