About me
Many people spend years searching for meaning in their life and wanting to understand how they can live life in a peaceful, meaningful and fulfilling way. My own search has started many years ago and this journey has involved making sense of my own psychological, physical and spiritual issues before attempting to help others. After many years of searching, healing, learning, changing and improving I have come to the conclusion that a holistic approach is the best way to understand who we all are and how we can live a meaningful life. My professional qualifications, my approach to life and therapy reflect this holistic understanding of my self and others. My speciality has become trauma therapy.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
