About me

Many people spend years searching for meaning in their life and wanting to understand how they can live life in a peaceful, meaningful and fulfilling way. My own search has started many years ago and this journey has involved making sense of my own psychological, physical and spiritual issues before attempting to help others. After many years of searching, healing, learning, changing and improving I have come to the conclusion that a holistic approach is the best way to understand who we all are and how we can live a meaningful life. My professional qualifications, my approach to life and therapy reflect this holistic understanding of my self and others. I also offer psychological assessments and expert witness reports.
