About me

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or struggling with a sense of low self-esteem? I understand how challenging it can be to navigate life's complexities, and I'm here to offer you a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your inner world and embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery.

My name is Ewelina (Eh-vuh-lee-nuh) and I'm an Integrative therapist and a registered member of the BACP, with a deep commitment to support individuals through their toughest challenges. I specialize in working with adults facing a wide range of issues, from grief and loss to relationship struggles, trauma, and beyond.

My approach to therapy is holistic, drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities including Gestalt, Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Transpersonal therapy, NLP and mindfulness. I work collaboratively to help you unravel uncomfortable feelings and chaotic thoughts and empower you to find a more authentic way of being. I aim to provide you with the tools and support you need to navigate life's ups and downs with resilience and strength.

In our sessions together, we'll explore the roots of your challenges, uncovering the patterns of thought and behaviour that may be holding you back. Through creative interventions such as body awareness, visualization, and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), we'll work together to release emotional blocks, gain insight, and cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and your journey.

Whether you're seeking long-term therapy to address deep-seated issues or short-term therapy, I'm here to support you every step of the way. I invite you to reach out and take the first step towards healing, self-awareness and growth.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
