About me
Are you feeling disconnected from yourself and your worth?
Do you find yourself constantly putting others first, struggling to set boundaries, and questioning your own value? Perhaps anxiety, low self-esteem, or self-doubt have left you feeling stuck and overwhelmed. You’re longing for clarity, confidence, and the freedom to live authentically.
You deserve a life where your needs are met, your boundaries are respected, and your sense of self-worth is unshakable.
I’m Ewelina (Eh-vuh-lee-nuh), an integrative therapist and registered member of the BACP. I specialise in helping people overcome anxiety and self-doubt, navigate boundaries, and embrace personal growth. Through therapy, I provide a compassionate space for you to heal, grow, and reclaim your confidence.
A Holistic Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is integrative and holistic, blending therapies such as Gestalt, Humanistic, Psychodynamic, mindfulness and energy psychology. We’ll work collaboratively to explore the deeper patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back, helping you to embrace a more grounded and empowered version of yourself.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, setting boundaries, or rebuilding your self-esteem, I’ll guide you towards emotional clarity and a renewed sense of self.
My goal is to empower you to rediscover your worth, create healthier relationships, and cultivate a life that feels aligned with your true self.
What to Expect in Our Sessions
Our sessions will provide a safe, judgement-free space to reflect on your challenges, process difficult emotions, and develop actionable strategies to move forward. Together, we’ll uncover what’s keeping you stuck and help you gain the tools and self-awareness to build a life rooted in self-love, confidence, and resilience.
Whether you’re seeking short-term therapy to address a specific challenge or longer-term support for deeper healing, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
