About me

I believe that my clients have the ability to heal and grow through a caring, compassionate and loving space. These elements are what I offer to form a honest, trusting relationship with my clients to enable them to find their own healing abilities.

I offer therapy to individuals and clinical supervision to trainee and qualified therapists as well as to other health care professionals. I also work with whole teams, offering reflective practice and consultation and assessment services.

I also offer trauma-awareness training.

I am currently working online and in person.

I am a client-led, creative psychotherapist. I specialise in working in a trauma informed space and have been able to use my training and experience to help my clients better understand their own personal history and how that impacts on their lives in the here-and-now.

I am passionate about working in a way that is inclusive, and interested in our differences and want to offer a safe space for my clients to explore their experiences in a world that can feel unwelcoming due to prejudice around race, religion, ethnicity, lifestyles, beliefs, age, different abilities, sexual orientation and gender.

I have worked with children, young people and adults for several years. I have additional specialist experience of clinical work with people with a diagnosis of autism and / or learning disability.

I offer day rates to companies, theatres and schools, depending on the needs of the organisation. Please contact me for bespoke packages.
