About me

Welcome! My name is Colin and I am a warm, friendly, fully - qualified therapist offering professional counselling services in Great Massingham and Kings Lynn,

I can bring about the real and meaningful change you need in your life, If you are struggling to overcome difficult times; need to cope better with troubling or disabling feelings such as anxiety, anger or depression; or if you are stuck in a rut I can help.

As a relational, integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor my training and experience equips me to help with a broad range of issues.

After a long and varied career 15 years in the forces and 25 years in the Police I witnessed and was exposed to numerous stressful and traumatic incidents. I am aware of the impact these situations can have on our emotions and feelings and how it can affect our work, relationships and ourselves, mentally and physically.

As a counsellor, it is my job to see the whole of you. To listen, observe and notice without judgment. I work hard to see you for who you are, to see beyond the surface and to show you the amazing person you really are.

If you are looking for warm, professional counselling, give me a call and arrange an appointment.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Diploma in Integrative Counselling - Matrix College of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
  • Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling Skills - Catalyst Counselling.

I work in private practice and also have worked for 5 years as a volunteer counsellor at a charity in Kings Lynn.
