About me

*limited availability currently to book sessions within one week*

Hi! I’m Christina & I am an accredited Counsellor (NCS) with 10 years experience of working in private practice in Cheshire & Online

I am passionate about my work and It’s very rewarding to see the positive impact that therapy has for my clients in their lives & relationships.

I know it can be really tough to pick a therapist so please do email me with any questions you have

I have counselled many Clients with a wide variety of issues including anxiety, ADHD support, low self-esteem, depression, family issues, addiction,  stress, abuse, infidelity, poor communication, sexuality, bereavement and loss.

The majority of my work is now online and it’s been great to see so many clients benefiting from the convenience of having sessions from a location that suits them. This may be your home, car, office or wherever you can find a private space. I do also have face to face sessions if required.

I haven't encountered a situation where a client has reported that Counselling has not been beneficial for them

I offer flexibility on session booking so that you can vary session times on an ad hoc basis or book a regular session time if that works better for you.

Sessions are available between 10am and 10pm Monday to Friday

If you have any questions then ask away!

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained at Cheshire Therapy Centre in Person Centred therapy and then continued into the field of Couples and Online Therapy

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
