About me

Welcome, and thank you for visiting my profile.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-confidence, or finding it hard to manage your emotions and thoughts—This can be exhausting.

Please don't feel alone.

Taking the first step toward support can feel daunting, and I truly understand how that feels.

I offer a free, no-obligation call—a chance to ask questions, talk through what you're looking for before booking a session.

I will provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly at your own pace. Whether you're navigating stress, life changes, or long-standing challenges, we’ll work together step by step.

How I Work -

I’m an integrative counsellor, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, adapting to your individual needs. Using these approaches to help you build practical tools and discover a deeper self-understanding to support you long-term.

I also have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals and families, those with ADHD, Autism (ASD), OCD and Dyslexia. Some Individuals with late adult diagnosis or looking to explore this route. I approach this work with deep respect, knowledge, and care.

BACP

The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
