About me
Counselling and psychotherapy is my passion. I use a pluralistic appraoch, allowing me to adapt readily to the needs of my client. I work with teens and adults, offering professional, empathetic and practical support on your quest for change.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have an MA, a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, a Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Counselling and an Advanced CBT level 4 certificate. I have also completed additional training in OCD, self-harm and am currently pursuing training in family and relationship counselling. I completed suicidal awareness training through Anxiety UK, for whom I currently work. I also have experience working with teenagers through CASY counselling.
