About me

I am a devoted and caring counsellor with a profound passion for aiding people find their way through life's challenges. I acknowledge every client is unique so alter the models and tools used to appropriately meet their needs, allowing clients to work with their current issues in a way that is most favourable to their character, beliefs and presenting outlook.

How counselling can help

My purpose is to work with clients to widen their viewpoints and gain a greater understanding of the stressors and challenges that they might be facing in life. I work in collaboration with clients to identify strategies to break through barriers that they are fronting to generate acceptance, increase self-awareness, feel stronger, and to have a greater compassion for themselves, which will aid in creating the change they wish to seek in their lives.

What to expect from sessions

I offer clients a safe, non-judgmental, confidential, and nurturing environment for both short and long-term therapy.

I offer clients a unique tailored approach to therapy where they have the space to explore their thoughts, emotions and behaviours to better understand themselves and find meaningful solutions to their problems.

Feedback

I have received exceptional feedback from clients who I have requested my assistance and have seen clients shift from their initial assessment of negativity to leaving with hope in their current and future lives. This has been in both short- and long-term clients and seeing them regaining their independence and taking control of their lives.
