About me
Integrative counsellor, offering remote and face to face.
With two decades of experience as an integrative counsellor, l have had a privilege of working with adults, children and young people. Additionally, I hold a qualification as a supervisor.
I am passionate and committed to supporting my clients. I utilise different models/skills to find what best suits my client, helping them get the best out of the services I can provide. I assist my clients in forming new perspectives whilst looking to create improvements and make changes to their life. I offer a safe place to explore your feelings. I am a warm, empathic, caring, non- judgemental counsellor offering a confidential service.

I have a vast amount of experience working with Adults, learning differences, young people and children of various ages interpreting at different levels to ensure their needs are met. I provide emotional support, help you find new coping techniques, building resilience, improving self worth and confidence, problem solving solutions, improving relationships, learning to become free from self- sabotage and self destructive behaviours and thoughts.

Reasons you may feel counselling is right for you! Sometimes in life we are presented with situations that we feel we are unable to manage or cope with. Life can throw at us some really challenging issues, this can then have a detrimental effect on your wellbeing making you feel unhappy, not good enough, unsettled and upset. This is when counselling support can help.
Initial session The first meeting is an intake assessment, this is to get to know you better and find how I can support you. We can then agree on what you want to talk about further. The counselling may be short or long term.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I Work from my own home offering a safe environment a private room that is inviting, comfortable and peaceful.
Couple Counselling 1 hr £80
Clinical Supervision £65 for hour and half, discount for counsellors in training.
