About me
A warm welcome. I am a qualified counsellor and experienced in working with a variety of issues like trauma, anxiety, depression, identity and relationship problems.
I can help you to move forward in your life in understanding and making sense of your feelings, behaviors and relationships, exploring your potential and strengths and managing your challenges.
I offer a confidential space in which you will be heard and embraced as the person you are whilst exploring who you want to be. I am an integrative counsellor which means I draw from different theories and skill sets as I believe it is essential that the therapy is right for you and what you need.
I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, especially autistic and ADHD clients and regular work with this group.
I will be led by you. You are in charge of going at your own pace. I will provide a safe space for you to understand yourself and your relationships better, explore your options and support you in making your own choices and decisions. I am here to accompany you on your journey. Please get in touch.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
