About me

As a therapist I would like to offer you a comfort of where you can truly be yourself. Whether you feel good or bad about yourself. I’m looking forward to meeting you just as you are and wherever you are in your life at the moment. There will be no judgment.

I understand how to work with depression and anxiety which is becoming an overwhelming issue in today’s society. Also I can help you with abusive relationships or narcissistic partner. We can explore your sexuality or gender identity. Improve your self-worth, build your confidence and learn self-acceptance.

I believe I have a natural ability to tune in to someone else’s frame of reference thanks to deeply imaginative and open perspective. Also,I feel that I understand the complexity of emotions and the abstract of thoughts, thanks to extensive life experience and insightful mind. As a therapist I can be challenging at times, but this is what I find to be the most successful about my therapeutic work. I want to make sure that we work effectively together and our time is invested towards your happiness, fulfilment, freedom. Depending on what you would like to achieve.

Training, qualifications & experience

Qualified in Humanistic, Person-Centred  Counselling. However, I tend to intergrate different psychotheraputic modalities to suit my client’needs. I am a counsellor at LGBT+q in Wolerhampton and a billingual therapist at Nottingham Women’s Centre. I have an extensive expertise in mental health and I am disability confident thanks to years of experience within the field.

I’m a  registered member of BACP( British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I adhere to Codes and Ethics of the Professional Conduct, following the guidance of GDPR to make sure that your personal data is stored securely and is protected by law.

That means our work will be based on professional rules where you can feel safe that everything you share with me is confidential.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
