About me
Hello, I am a Trauma Informed and Person Centred Counsellor ,Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. I support adults and adolescents to recover from and find freedom from Trauma and PTSD.
Do you find yourself feeling anxious, depressed, lost and overwhelmed? Do you feel isolated, hopeless and alone with your thoughts, feelings and worries?
Are you struggling to find a way out of your darkness and struggling to navigate your way through the challenges you face?
If this sounds like you I can help you.
What makes my approach to therapy different?
I have researched and developed the 360 Approach to ultimate health and wellbeing.
With a combination of Trauma Informed and Person Centred Counselling and Integrated Well-Being Coaching we will work together to lay a solid foundation, build a structure and achieve long term balance, healing and freedom from suffering.
My personal experience of trauma is my ‘Why?’ I am passionate and committed to helping you find freedom from trauma and live a life of peace.
To achieve ultimate, long term wellbeing it is important that we consider the healing of the mind, body and soul. This ensures that we are able to develop to our full potential by learning coping strategies for growth and development with the inner resources each of us have. The therapy that I offer is tailor made for each individual as ‘one size does not fit all’.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy with 17 years of counselling experience working for various charities, educational settings and crisis organisations in management/lead counsellor roles including the national charity MIND.
I offer online and telephone sessions with flexible daytime and evening appointments that work around your commitments. I offer a 15 minute, no obligation FREE consultation to discuss your needs and so that you can decide if I am the right therapist for you to embark on your ultimate wellness journey with.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
