About me

Counselling is a safe way to explore issues and how to change them. It can lead to feeling positive and hopeful rather than negative and depressed. It can give you a way to feel happy, anxiety free and able to deal with life better.

The issues that I have helped with range from depression, domestic violence, anxiety, sexual abuse and abusing, relationship difficulties, relationship breakdown, child estrangement, and adverse childhood experiences.

You have come this far why not take the next step and reach out to a counsellor?

If you do not try you will never succeed, if you try you might not win but you will have made the effort and that really counts.

It is never too late to change.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Qualified Counsellor - Level 4.
  • Accredited Member - National Counselling and Psycotherapy Society.
  • Trauma and PTSD counselling
  • Online Counselling
  • Relationship Breakdown
  • Child Estrangement
  • Divorce

No 2 clients are the same and no therapy type suits all clients so I offer a selection of skills appropriate to the individual client.

I regularly see clients struggling to make sense of their life. Be it because of stress, relationship breakdown, anxiety or depression they all have the ability to change for the better. I can be a support while you consider the options.

When you are ready, positive change is really possible and with counselling many clients are achieving this - so can you!

Change does not happen by chance - it happens by action. Counselling is a safe place to explore how to change.

If you do not try you will never succeed.
