About me
I am a fully qualified Integrative psychotherapist with extensive experience working with adults, young people and couples with issues relating to anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, abuse, addiction, trauma, relationship issues, work related stress, trauma, attachment and abandonment issues.
I understand as complex human beings, we are all different so ‘one size doesn’t fit all’. I offer integrative Counselling, this means I blend various techniques and modalities, from using a Humanistic approach with techniques from psychodynamic and CBT theories. Through your therapy, I will learn more about you to tailor to your needs to enable self-awareness to heal. I also offer couples counselling to support relationship issues.
One of my passions in life is to transform the lives of those suffering from life's painful experiences, even though I am aware that finding the right counsellor can be challenging and daunting booking that very first counselling consultation. I would like reassure you that the counselling session will be beneficial for you.
I am passionate about my work with my clients and comply with the BACP ethical framework and working towards your goals.
Just to say, well done for seeking support for your problem. If you have any questions or would like to book a session, then please call me on 07830 283894 or send an email.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
