About me
I am a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Supervisor with over 30 years experience of working in front line public services at a senior level (Children and Family Services). I am skilled at working with young people aged over 11 and adults. I have particular specialisms in working with relationship and family issues. I work with clients online, on the phone and face to face (face to face in Abergavenny above a cafe called Little Green Refills).

I offer a sliding scale from £35 to £50. Most of my clients pay £40 but If you can afford £50 per hour then it helps me keep my cost down for people that are maybe struggling with the cost of living, young people and students. I am happy to discuss costs with you.
