About me

Hi! My name is Nipa, and I am a qualified and accredited psychotherapist. I’m passionate about working with people from a range of diverse and difficult backgrounds and my services are open to all.

If you are struggling to connect with yourself or cope with life, I would like to support you in your own empowerment to help you find what you need. Together, we can create a safe space for you to explore your Self, and all of your experiences, emotions, feelings - or whatever else you might want to encounter!

I offer Person-Centred Therapy (PCT) which is a non-directive talking therapy where you are in control of the direction your sessions go in. We will work together to build a relationship that is genuine, holds empathy, no judgement and makes you feel cared and understood to support your growth and development. When you feel accepted, not judged, seen and heard, you will hopefully be able to recognise your own power and strength to better manage your life stressors and ease any anxiety and/or tension. This will help you to grow in the direction that you want to and overcome any trauma and/or psychological anxiety so that you may feel secure and stable in yourself.

I am also passionate about creativity and I love to encourage the use of creativity and art such as creative expression, music, poetry, drawings, sensory items, journaling etc. I believe that these can be important tools alongside therapy to support healing, growth and development should they align with your needs.

If you would like to have a chat to find out more, please don't hesitate to contact me. I would love to get to know you and it would be a privilege to support you on your journey.
