About me

Hi, I’m Nipa, and I’m the founder of Therapy Talks with Nipa, a private therapy practice specializing in person-centred therapy.

For almost three years, I have been helping individuals navigate the complexities of life, with a particular focus on supporting women and people from Black, Asian, and ethnic minority backgrounds, as well as the LGBTQ+ community.

My approach is rooted in creating a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace.

I have supported individuals with many issues such as intergenerational trauma, childhood abuse and trauma, relationship struggles, family dynamics, gender issues, race / culture, identity challenges and more.

I hope to help you by offering you a space where you can understand yourself at a more deeper level and process your experiences so that you can feel more aligned with your true self.

If you’re seeking support in your journey toward emotional well-being and self-discovery, I’m here to help. Whether you're struggling with stress, trauma, anxiety, or you just need someone to talk to, I’d love to connect
