I can offer a safe, quiet, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings in more details. We will work at your pace, you are the expert of your life you just don't know it yet. I use different styles of counselling to fit each person I work with.
I am a experienced qualified person centred counsellor with over a thousand counselling hours. I have life experiences as well as knowledge to help you moving forwards. I can help you work through what every it may be that has you needing some help at this point in your life, from stress, anxiety, family issues, self-confidence, abuse, nightmares, flashbacks, domestic violence, bullying, trauma, panic attacks, and loss to name a few.
I can work with you for a one off sessions or for as long as you need help moving forwards, starting the next chapter of your life, it's all about you, I will listen and make sure you are heard, I will accept you for who you are. If you look after everyone else. Who looks after you?
