About me
I am a qualified humanistic counsellor with the goal of supporting my client on the path to self-discovery and personal growth. No one person is the same and I believe this should be embraced when it comes to therapy.
With a non-judgemental approach to counselling, my goal is to help you better understand yourself and empower you to deal with issues that life may create, to do this I try to be adaptive and find a process that suits you.
My foundation for the therapy is working with your emotions and utilising reflection. You will have the space to share what you wish and explore it with my support. I encourage creativity when exploring mental health and my open-minded nature will give you the freedom to express yourself in a way you feel most comfortable.
I offer an initial free 15 mins discussion to see if I would be a suitable counsellor for you. In this time you are welcome to ask any questions you have and discuss the reasons as to why you seek counselling.
