About me
Hi, my name is Nathan.
Firstly, thanks for stopping by :)
I know first hand how hard it can be, looking for a therapist of your own, not really knowing what you want or what you need at times, and there are so many people to choose from. so, how do you know who to pick?.
What is really important for me is that therapeutic relationship. I pride myself in being real, genuine, warm and also funny at times (providing that this is appropriate) I find that a smile and a laugh can open the door to your relationship with your therapist, which in turn, provides a safe, meaningful and compassionate place to bring what ever you feel you need to bring to our sessions.
Do you ever feel like you’re stuck in a particular place and you can’t get out? Or maybe you’re troubled by your own thoughts and that critical voice we all hear from time to time? I offer a warm and compassionate approach to helping you navigate your life back on track. People are often driven by all kinds of agendas, whether it’s life goals or troubled pasts. Allow me to help you make sense of what you want and feel by creating a friendly and safe environment within sessions.
I am an integrative therapist with NHS experience. Being integrative means that I can work at your pace with a wide variety of skills tailored to suit your individual needs. I am aware that with therapy, not one size fits all and I pride myself in working with you to reconnect you with your values in life.
I understand how difficult it can be to face your fears and to explore the things that appear to be troubling you, but I am here to help you take those first steps. I view therapy as a companionship where you are the professional in your own life and I am your fellow traveller because after all mastering yourself is true power.

I pride myself in being an integrative therapist, who can tailor your sessions to suit your needs using a wide range of core theories.
