About me

 EXPLORE. RESOLVE. EVOLVE. ™

How can I help?

Firstly, I am a fully qualified and registered professional counselling therapist. I have training and practical life experience that proves human beings share some common features (we live, breathe, eat, etc.) but that each of us is also incredibly UNIQUE. Each person on this planet is the product of millions of different factors that make us exclusively one of a kind!

Secondly, (whether you are an adult, child, young person or couple), there is something energising and healing about sitting with a therapist who is genuinely interested in getting to know you and to walking with you through the tricky, sometimes scary pathways of your thoughts, feelings and experiences.  I am completely invested in and fascinated by the process of discovering my client's undiscovered strengths and resources.

Thirdly, my aim is to work with you to the point where I become redundant! I use my professional training and diverse experience to work with you on developing your own strategies to arrive at a better headspace -- to access a state of resilience and confidence to take on whatever comes your way.

My Explore. Resolve. Evolve™ model is the outcome of many years of training and experience in a diverse variety of settings and cultures. I have spent a number of years in the business, social enterprise, education and social work sectors, both in the UK and abroad. I have no doubt that this method can work for you, as it has for my previous clients!

I am available on Zoom and the telephone, so location becomes irrelevant, for many.  I also offer  in-person (face to face) therapy in Warrington, if you prefer this.

Message me for a complimentary consult and let's get started!

Further information

'When you change the way you look at the world, what you look at changes.'

Many of us become prisoners of our own thoughts and beliefs, at some point in life. Talking to a counsellor in a non-judgmental atmosphere, enables you to bring your unconscious ideas to your conscious awareness.

You will be surprised at  what you discover! Best of all you can choose the self-beliefs that work for you and train your thoughts and actions to do the same.

Key details

Wheelchair user access
Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

I would be happy to discuss the possibility of any reasonable adjustments. A lift is available for in-person sessions.
