About me

I'm an Asian female Psychotherapist working online, and have 30 years’ experience in the mental health field. During this time I have worked as an Integrative Counsellor, Adult Integrative Psychotherapist, a CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) Psychotherapist, Clinical and Safeguarding Supervisor and Trainer.

I have extensive experience of working with issues such as relationship problems or family issues, bereavement and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, suicidal thoughts, phobias, abuse and anger.

I worked in the NHS as an Adolescent Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Trainer in CAMHS for over seventeen years.

My Services include:

  • Young people's Therapy
  • Adult Therapy
  • Supervision and Training.

Young People Therapy

I have worked extensively with children and young people, and specialise in working with young people from 10 yrs old upwards. Often young people have an awful lot to deal with, this may include issues at school like bullying or discrimination, feeling lonely and isolated, or family issues. These issues can impact on your daily life, and may lead to constantly feeling down, angry, wanting to withdraw from friends and family, or even feeling despairing  about your life.

It can help to talk to someone outside your family like a therapist, who lets you lead the conversation and who provides space for you to explore the complex web of issues that have led you to feeling trapped in your situation.

I will work with you to understand what led to this situation, triggers that keep you feeling trapped or paralysed in your life and support you through this difficult period. In my experience, even young people who have really difficult problems can use therapy to turn their lives around and begin to feel hopeful agai

Adult Therapy Online

I have extensive experience of working with Adults including; career or work issues, relationship issues, or family issues. It may be that although family and friends are supportive, you don’t want to burden them, or they may not know the “right” things to say, so conversations are stilted.

It may be important to gift yourself uninterrupted space and time every week, with a therapist who can help you reflect on your issues and find new answers.

Supervision Online

I am a very experienced Integrative Supervisor who can provide a safe and neutral space to explore and reflect on your therapeutic work. I specialise in Race, Culture, Intersectionality and Psychotherapy, so can help support you to really explore your work with diversity at the heart of it.  I have worked across the lifespan, with parents, children, young people, and adults, and so bring a wealth of experience to my supervisory work.

I also provide reflective group supervision for social workers, social work managers, youth workers, primary and secondary school counsellors, psychologists, and psychotherapists from all backgrounds.

I offer a free 15-minute video call, to answer your questions and help you decide if you think we can work together.
