Thank you for visiting my profile. Sometimes in life we all get to a point where we need some support. Life can be complicated and it can be difficult to navigate at times. It is very important to realise we can all get through these times and get to a point of contentment and peace. I work as an integrative counsellor using different models of therapy to help you understand your journey. Talking and connection can be so important to help you move forward in the direction that you choose.
