About me

"Healing may not be so much about getting better, as about letting go of everything that isn’t you - all of the expectations, all of the beliefs - and becoming who you are."
                                                                                             ― Rachel Naomi Remen

As a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, I am dedicated to providing clients with a safe and confidential space to explore and address a wide range of emotional and behavioural challenges. With extensive training and a deep commitment to helping others, I offer guidance, personalized support, and evidence-based interventions to promote psychological well-being.

I work collaboratively with clients to assess their unique concerns, develop treatment plans to identify and modify thought patterns or behaviours that contribute to distress. I introduce my clients to essential CBT tools, practical strategies and provide psychoeducation to build better self- awareness, self-empowerment and facilitate personal growth. In my practice, I implement relaxation, mindfulness, visualisation, behavioural experiments, creativity and homework assignments. The aim of CBT approach is to promote universal strategies of coping for resilience during therapeutic process and in the future.

I have a deep understanding of and compassion for the struggles and pain experienced by clients which allows me to provide unwavering support throughout your journey. I have an extensive expertise working with anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, low self-esteem, bereavement, trauma, abuse, ADHD,  stress, and relationship issues.

Coming from a Polish heritage and living in the UK, I am also committed to helping clients from diverse backgrounds to navigate life's challenges incorporating understanding of individual values, adaptation struggles, and wide cultural awareness. I strive to promote essential mental health support to all in need. I offer online CBT therapy in both English and Polish for clients to access from the comfort of their own home, whilst working away or living overseas.

I adhere to strict confidentiality standards to ensure clients' trust and privacy are upheld.

At times, we all face situations that may seem overwhelming, emotions that are hard to bear, or thoughts that are difficult to navigate. During these moments, it's important to remember that seeking help is a courageous and empowering step towards a brighter tomorrow. Your mental and emotional well-being matter, and seeking therapy is a powerful way to honour that. Please don’t hesitate to reach out.

I offer a free 15 min initial consultation.

Jednak czasami negatywne doświadczenia z przeszłości, trudne relacje z innymi i obecne przeszkody stoją na naszej drodze do satysfakcjonującego życia i osobistego rozwoju.

Oferuję terapię online w języku angielskim i polskim, dzięki czemu klienci mogą zasięgnąć profesjonalnego wsparcia z komfortu własnego domu, będąc w podróży lub mieszkając w przeróżnych częściach świata.

CBT rozkłada na czynniki pierwsze nasze myśli, odczucia ciała, zachowania i emocje, aby wprowadzić nową perspektywę i zaoferować nowe umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów i kultywowania własnych granic.

„Trudne drogi często prowadzą do pięknych miejsc”. - Zig Ziglar

Dziękuję za Twój czas.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
