About me
I believe that the relationship between the client and the counsellor is key; it provides the solid and supportive foundation upon which change and growth can be achieved. I will work with you to create a trusting and safe environment where you can talk, think and feel freely while being really listened to and valued.
Our work together will be to understand how past and present experiences in your life influence how you relate to yourself, situations and others. Through counselling you can learn about yourself and why you may have the internal conflicts you have. Lasting healing is about wishing to unbecome everything that isn't really you so that you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.
I would like to help you believe in your ability to have choices and decide your own destiny so that you can live a spontaneous and fulfilling life.

I am a professionally qualified counsellor. My theoretical approach is Transactional Analysis which means I use a broad range of tools which have associations in other psychological disciplines including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural, relational and person centred therapies. I work with clients in a flexible way to meet their individual needs at a pace and depth that feels safe and comfortable.
I continue to attend specialist workshops and master classes to ensure that I maintain delivery of the best clinical practice. I am fully insured and DBS checked and am data protection registered.

£50.00 per session
Additional information
I charge £50 for 50 minutes for individuals and £75 for 75 minutes for couples.
When I work
- I am available Fridays and Weekends from 9 am till 8 pm and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays 5 pm till 8pm.

I have practices in Uckfield and in Brighton.
I offer concessions to low income groups.
