Hey! Welcome and thank you for taking the time to look at my page. I encourage you to have a read and if you have any questions, then please get in touch!
Who am I?
I am an experienced registered counsellor. I bring myself to my practice which means I work with integrity, honesty and respect. I aim to provide you with a safe and open environment, filled with support, compassion and understanding so that you are given freedom to explore whatever you feel is needed.
I have over 15 years of experience working in social care whether that’s in schools, health centres, support services and specialist organisations. I have experience Working with both children, young people and adults. Over the course of my professional career I have engaged in high levels of training which has developed my practice in areas such as anxiety, depression, stress, low self esteem and loss
For 14 years I have worked in the area of trauma and have supported the recovery of individuals from experiences of exploitation. This work has given me a deep understanding of relationships and the role of attachment. Similarly the impact of relational conflict, power and abuse.
Whatever brings you here, whether you might be looking for support around a specific issue, or struggling with an experience in the past or present. Perhaps you’re wanting to make a change and feel like things are stuck and constantly having the same results. You might not even be able to put your finger on it, but something just feels wrong! Counselling is an opportunity for you to reconnect with yourself, to develop a greater awareness of your thoughts and feelings, make sense of things, resolve conflicts and most importantly feel empowered to live a life of your own design.
What can I Offer?
I work integratively. This means that I have been trained in a range of counselling techniques and different theories, thereby allowing me to respond to each client’s individuality. We will work together to choose the most effective therapies to meet your specific needs.
I am also qualified in coaching and how it can be integrated with counselling, which means that I can use approaches and techniques that support clients who wish to make positive changes in their life as a result of the work we do together.
Most importantly I will offer you a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space in order for us establish a partnership built on trust and authenticity.

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Areas of counselling I deal with
Other areas of counselling I deal with
As part of my formal qualification I was trained in the use of the personal consultancy framework. This is a way of working that brings together aspects of coaching and counselling. Together we look at ways of rebalancing our thoughts and feelings so we can address any conflicts that might be acting as barriers to living authentically. The time and length of this journey is decided in collaboration between you and myself.

Central to any 1-1 practice is the collaboration of the two involved. It is therefore very important that you feel comfortable with the counsellor you choose. Our initial session is a mix of getting to know each other and establishing a shared agreement of how we will work together.
I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to help answer any brief questions or concerns you may be experiencing about counselling. Alternatively I am happy to answer initial queries via email or txt.
All Winchester sessions are charged at £45
All Bishops Waltham sessions are charged at £50
Please contact me regarding coaching sessions or online counselling fees.
