About me

I am a Senior Counsellor at MAC Counselling, where we provide therapy in our offices based in Giffnock and Clydebank.

I have a background in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, however I work integratively with my clients. This means that I will flex my style of counselling, to meet your needs and expectations, rather than being rigid in one particular approach.

I also provide counselling to couples experiencing difficulties in their relationships. Couples come to therapy for a whole host of reasons -  communciation issues, affairs, trust issues - and all can greatly benefit from the process.

Regardless of what brings you to therapy, you will be warmly welcomed into my comfortable and safe room, where you will be supported throughout your journey towards the change you'd like to see.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as well as training in Couples Therapy, and also undertake frequent Continuing Professional Development courses.

I have a PVG (Protection of Vulnerable Groups) Registration with Disclosure Scotland.

In addition to this I am also a skilled Facilitator and Trainer, and run Wellness Programmes with MAC Counselling in the Glasgow area.
