About me
I am an integrative counsellor currently in training to become an existential psychotherapist. I have worked with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, insomnia, relationship problems, emotional and physical abuse as well as eating disorders.
I am committed to offering a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to talk openly about what you are going through. At the core of my approach to therapy is the notion that each client is a unique individual. I work with an integrative model that brings together different elements of specific therapies tailored to meet your needs, circumstances, and personality. The integrative model aims to facilitate all aspects of your growth, development, and well-being. Our therapeutic work will be focused on helping you to explore and better understand yourself and your struggles.
I have a background in employment law and have spent a large proportion of my legal career representing clients experiencing a variety of mental health problems as well as physical health challenges.
