About me
Whatever the cause of the issues you face, you don't have to suffer the effects. My goal is to ease the depression you experience, release the anxiety and tension, help you heal from the pain, get a better quality sleep, get relief from trauma and stress.
You're in good hands as my experience comes from over a decade working within the British military environment where I helped in the welfare of soldiers. There, the cases I dealt with ranged from:
Homesickness, stress, worry, sadness and depression, anxiety, addictions (drugs and alcohol), and anger, as well as relationship issues, grief and loss.
In 2021 I put all my skills, knowledge and training into practice by opening up my own private clinic. Now, I'm located in a beautiful place, in Far Forest, near Kidderminster and offer the following:
- Face-2-Face private consultations, online therapy (via Zoom), group therapy, couple counselling, workshops and presentations
- Free therapy for veterans suffering trauma and with family issues and
a lucrative and cost-effective package for businesses whose employees are away from work with stress and trauma related illnesses
