About me
Seeking help in counselling is often a very difficult step to take. With this in mind, I always work at your pace and with no judgement. You are the expert on your life and together we can work to find a way through.
Are you struggling with anxiety or depressive symptoms such as low moods/feelings of panic? Do you want new ways to cope with a situation that can't be changed? Do you need help figuring out a difficult family or relationship situation? If any of these speak to you or you would like to work on yourself in other areas, please do get in touch.
I am an integrative therapist, with main areas of training in Person Centred Theory, Gestalt, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
I know from experience that as individuals we don't all want the same approach. I use all of these theories to inform our work together, in the knowledge that the thing that makes the biggest difference to people in therapy isn't the modality used, but the quality of the relationship we form.
I strive to provide a safe and inclusive space where you feel welcome.
