About me
Welcome!
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel overwhelming and nerve-wracking, and it's completely normal to feel that way. Facing vulnerability is no easy feat, but as Mandy Hale wisely said, "Growth and change are painful, but nothing is more painful than staying stuck somewhere you don’t belong." If you’ve found yourself feeling stuck, I’m here to help you break free.
Specializing in trauma, particularly domestic violence, sexual and emotional abuse, childhood neglect, disordered eating, anxiety, and depression, I offer a safe space for healing and transformation. No matter how heavy or complex the burden, you don’t have to carry it alone.
How My Therapy Works
Therapy can be deeply transformative, but it requires both determination and a willingness to be honest with yourself. By uncovering unconscious patterns, you can start to experience relief, self-compassion, and discover new ways to respond to life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work towards unlocking a more fulfilling, authentic version of yourself.
My Approach
As an Integrative practitioner, I understand that no single approach works for everyone. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method. My focus is on building a genuine, non-judgmental, and collaborative relationship where you can freely share whatever’s on your mind. In our sessions, nothing is too small or too big to discuss — everything matters. I provide a supportive, confidential space where you can simply be yourself, without fear of judgment or shame.
I believe the past plays an integral role in shaping who we are today. From childhood, we adapt to our environment, often at the expense of truly knowing ourselves. Sometimes, past experiences can feel so powerful that they hold us back from fully embracing life. By understanding and reframing these experiences, we can shift your present perspective and move towards integration and personal growth.
Working with Children and Young People
With children and young people, I take a more creative approach, adapting to their age and developmental stage. Art therapy provides a way to express emotions and thoughts that might be too difficult or painful to verbalize. I also have experience working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Therapy for All Ages
I offer both short and long-term therapy to adults, children, and young people facing a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges. Whether you're going through a current crisis, repeating unhelpful patterns, or dealing with unresolved issues from the past, I’m here to support you on your journey towards healing and change.
If you’re ready to take that first step, reach out today. Let’s work together to create a brighter, healthier future for you. ONLINE SESSIONS AVAILABLE!

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
