About me
Life isn't simple and reaching out for help might feel daunting; but the right counsellor can make all the difference. I offer a free 20 minute consultation so you can decide if I'm the right one for you.
I'm a qualified person-centred therapist: by that, I mean you are at the centre of our sessions - I won't give you answers or solutions, but I will be there to support you through the process of finding what's best for you.
The results are freeing and empowering but the process can be emotionally challenging. If you're looking for someone non-judgemental, honest and trustworthy, and who really wants to help you to thrive, then reach out.
