About me
I'm a 'people person'. My passion is people and helping them to find ways to make their lives better. My own experience in counselling led me to want to study and learn so that I could offer safe, ethical, valuable therapy to others.
I'm a qualified person-centred therapist: by that, I mean you are at the centre of our sessions - I won't give you answers or solutions, but I will listen empathically and will support you through the process of understanding and accepting yourself & your experiences and working out what's best for you.
The results are freeing and empowering but the process can be emotionally challenging. If you're looking for someone non-judgemental, honest and trustworthy, and who really wants to help you to thrive, then reach out. Working together, I will support you in finding the best way forward through what might be an otherwise challenging or overwhelming time in your life.
