About me
Have you ever wished there was an off switch? that there was just a bit of quiet to breathe? Well, this is what I believe i can offer to you. My name is Jessica, I am a therapeutic person-centered counsellor offering a non-judgemental and empathic safe space.
My background is working with complex trauma and self-development. Complex trauma looks different to each person, as does self-development but counseling is the space to build the tools up uniquely for the client and their situation. Life can feel like jigsaw pieces that just do not fit together anymore, I am here to help you get them fitting together and make sense again.
I have a passion for helping people get back on their feet, to understand themselves, and love themselves. We are with ourselves forever and I would like everyone's experience to be a happy, safe, and content one. The more we know our authentic selves, keeping boundaries in place to keep us safe - the more we enjoy life, and the more present we are.
I am here to support you while you are on your journey of growth. Of figuring out - who are you? who were you before the world and all its people got hold of you? To create a space that is all for you, it's all about you, and it is all up to you how you want to use it.
So, thank you for being here. It takes courage to reach out and this can feel overwhelming. Whether it's anxiety, depression or something deeper that has brought you here we can work together on your needs being supported. Any questions just get in touch.
I can work with you in person or face-to-face. I'm available for early morning, daytime, and evening sessions. Our appointments can be flexible weekly or fortnightly, this is about you.
