About me
Are you ready to heal your past and create a new future?
When anxiety lingers in your nervous system, when depression settles into your bones, when relationship patterns feel hardwired—and you can't quite put into words what's wrong. You just know something deeper is calling for attention, and you're exhausted from struggling alone.
For over 25 years, I've walked alongside hundreds of people navigating the territory between who they've learned to be and who they truly are.
The Soul Seer Approach
At the heart of my practice lies an integration of evidence-based psychotherapy with shamanic wisdom and breathwork that honours your mind, body, and soul.
Your mind holds the stories and beliefs shaping your life. Your body carries memories that words cannot reach. There's often a knowing beneath the surface wounds that words struggle to capture.
Together, we work with your nervous system to help your body feel genuinely safe again and relieve the stress and anxiety that's been trapped. We explore your unique blueprint that shapes how you connect in relationships and to the world around you. We retrieve fragmented parts of your soul, bringing back vitality you thought was lost. We address ancestral patterns, releasing cycles that were never yours to carry. Each session follows where your healing wants to go.
Your Healing Journey
Sessions are tailored to your needs and may include:
Soul Retrieval — Recovering aspects of your soul that fragmented during overwhelming experiences, restoring your sense of wholeness.
Ancestral Healing — Addressing inherited patterns, understanding intergenerational trauma, creating new possibilities free from limiting cycles.
Nervous System Rebalancing — Using breathwork and somatic techniques to release stored tension, unprocessed memory and trauma held in the body and create new patterns of safety.
Soul, Body, Mind Integration — Bringing together psychological insight with bodily wisdom, creating coherence between thinking, feeling, and your deeper self.
Shamanic Practices — Accessing unconscious processes for insights and healing beyond the rational mind, finding a meaningful connection beyond the perceived self.
My Background and Experience
I am a BACP-accredited psychotherapist with specialist trauma training, certified in breathwork and nervous system regulation, and trained in shamanic practice and somatic integration techniques. This breadth means I can meet you wherever your healing needs to go—whether that's processing trauma, rewiring anxiety, healing relationship wounds, or addressing what feels too profound or complex for words alone.
Over 25 years, I've worked with hundreds of clients navigating panic attacks, depression, relationship breakdown, spiritual crisis, inherited family trauma, and the challenge of feeling at home in their own bodies. This experience has taught me to hold space for complexity, for the messy reality of healing, for the moments when you can't make sense of what you're feeling.
Taking the First Step
You don't need to explain it all perfectly. You don't need to have tried everything else first. You just need to be ready for something to genuinely change.
I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation where we can discuss what you're experiencing and whether my approach feels right for you. No pressure, no hard sell—just a genuine conversation about where you are and where you're ready to go.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
