Are you ready to heal your past and write a new future? Do you want to make changes in your life, emotions or health? I can help you to initiate the process of inner transformation and positive change. I will provide you with a welcoming, safe, confidential and healing space for us to explore the things that are no longer serving you.
Working with me you will learn how to access your own inner guidance, intuition and increase your personal power. You will be able to unlock your inner potential, resolve past issues that are holding you back and break free from the patterns that keep you stuck.
I will help you to understand how your mind, body and soul work together, providing you with tools for inner mastery and a deeper understanding of your life.
I will guide you through your inner world so you can gain new insights into your current situation, circumstances and the area's you want to change. This may include working with anxiety, feeling sad, low self-esteem, panic attacks, phobias, grief and loss, depression, unprocessed emotions, stress and feeling overwhelmed, lack of purpose, problems at work, relationship breakdowns and issues with children and family, as well as navigating all the highs and lows of everyday life.
Sessions look different for every client. Some clients find it easy to talk about themselves, others struggle to know what is causing their problems and how to express this. All of this is fine, there is no right or wrong way to be, just bring yourself to the session and I will support you through the process.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Booking an appointment
When booking an appointment, you are normally aware that something is not working; this is can be a physical problem, emotional issue or life circumstance that is no longer serving you. I work with a diverse and wide range of needs.
Prior to booking an appointment we would arrange a time to discuss your needs over the telephone. This is a free no obligation conversation and usually takes about 15 minutes. We can then decide if we'd like to work together and if I'm the right person to support you.
Due to the current circumstances the sessions will be online via Zoom or by telephone. We will discuss which option you would prefer and some of the logistics around this.
After your first session you can decide if you would like to continue working with me; if you choose to continue, we will think about what will work best for you and meet your needs. Some clients attend for a block of six sessions, then make appointments when needed, some have longer terms therapy- accessing weekly or bi-weekly sessions.
