Jaqui Supple Registered Counsellor Ad Dip PC
Hello, I am a qualified person-centred counsellor with many years of experience offering a flexible therapeutic service tailored to your needs and requirements. Using an integrative approach, I draw from a range of psychotherapy, CBT, REBT and other counselling techniques to fit my client’s needs. I believe therapy can be the key to getting your life back on track. The relationship between my client and myself is equal and is based on mutual trust and respect. Therapy is a collaborative process, where we work together to reach your own unique counselling goals.
Your therapy will take place in an informal and safe environment where you can talk and be heard in confidence and without judgment. I promise to listen with warmth and respect and help you tackle any issues you might want to address.
I work with individuals, couples, and groups to help you manage any issues that might be causing a problem in your life. I have an additional interest and specialism in young adults from 10 to late '20s and corporate or business therapy.
For most people, a short course of regular sessions helps to take back control of your lives and allow you to manage challenges and difficulties in a resourceful way. For others, a course of regular sessions will bring the right results. I am an experienced, trained and non-judgemental individual and will help guide you through seemingly overwhelming issues. I look forward to hearing from you.
