About me
I am a highly experienced counsellor who works for Relate as a Relationship and Family counsellor during the week. I'm available on Fridays and weekends for those for whom weeks are filled with work and business. I help people who are experiencing difficulties in their relationships, especially couples and families. Formerly based in Central London, now in West Byfleet, I work exclusively online with long term and short term clients, couples, individuals and families.
Whatever your gender, ethnicity, neurodiversity, seen or unseen disability, race, sexual identity, religious and spiritual belief or none, I will listen to you with empathy, kindness, respect and understanding. I listen to family scripts and narratives, with a person-centred focus.
My experience of over 2400 hours of counselling means that I have worked with, supported and cared for many different and unique individuals and couples. This has led me to a greater understanding of the importance and impact of the many systems that affect us throughout our lives.
