About me

I am a person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist working within the highland area.

In the last year we have all been dealing with covid 19 & lockdown.  In one way or another most of us have felt the effects of this. Whether its Anxiety from going back to work/school, getting back to the fast paced busy social side, or Feeling sad because things have changed and you may not be going back to the routine you had before.

Have you been dealing with grief or loss and due to restrictions feel halted in your grieving process?

You are more than welcome to get intouch for a free consultation.

I have been counselling for 4 years within established charity organisations.  I have extensive knowledge of relationship dynamics within abusive relationships, grief, anxiety, depression and addiction.  I believe that people can over come problems and become more confident in everyday life if given a safe, non-judgemental space to explore the issues that maybe holding them back.
