About me
You might be the one who holds everything together for everyone else, coping on the outside, but feeling overwhelmed, anxious or exhausted underneath.
Perhaps you find yourself overthinking, unable to switch off, or struggling with feelings that are hard to make sense of. You may be dealing with trauma, loss, relationship difficulties, or simply a sense that things don’t feel quite right.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you don’t have to keep it all together. My aim is to help you feel truly heard and understood, while we gently explore what’s going on for you at a pace that feels safe.
I work with a range of issues including trauma, abuse, self-harm, anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship challenges and life transitions. Together, we can build understanding, develop coping strategies and help you feel more balanced and grounded.
I am an Accredited Professional Registrant with the NCPS and an integrative counsellor, drawing on Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Transactional Analysis and Psychodynamic approaches to suit your needs.
Alongside private practice, I am the Clinical and Services Director at Sorted Counselling Services, supporting children and young people, and I also work with organisations including Bupa, Macmillan and Onebright.
I offer both short and long-term counselling.
