About me
Hi, I'm Elaine. I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor.
I appreciate that it can be very daunting trying to find the right counsellor. I offer a warm friendly, safe, confidential and non-judgemental counselling service. I can work face to face, online or via telephone depending on your requirements.
Working as an integrative counsellor means I can draw on different approaches and theories depending on your goals and needs. I value every individual's unique experience, sometimes we believe that what we are going through is normal and that if we express we will sound crazy, or f we ignore it, it will go away.
Talking it through with a counsellor can help you to understand your thoughts and emotions. I hope that you are encouraged to seek the help and support you require to improve your needs. I look forward to hearing from you.
