Dilys Codrington Ad Dip.PC. MNCS (Accred)
My name is Dilys (or Dee). I work from my practice in Tackley, just outside of Kidlington.
Finding the best fit for someone to confide in and explore experiences with is an important part of your journey in therapy.
Therapy starts for so many reasons maybe you 'just' feel sad are trying to mange your anxiety or depression, perhaps you're going though family issues or a separation or divorce. Everything is relative especially when you feel your daily life becoming affected.
I pride myself in being able to offer a comfortable yet professional service. I am trained in an integrative approach means that I have many tools and approaches to help you to reach your goals in therapy.
I believe there is nothing too great or small to bring to therapy. If you're finding it hard to manage your discomfort; difficult to accept or overcome the past; maybe your self-confidence or esteem makes it hard to look towards a positive future- psychotherapeutic counselling could help.
Perhaps you're not sure if you're ready, maybe you feel you can hold on a little longer. Contrary to popular belief- you are allowed to look for help before things get too desperate.
Sometimes we live with things for so long, try different methods and coping strategies to the point where you begin to doubt whether change is even possible. As long as we are alive -we can change. Healing from the past and looking towards a better future is possibly just around the corner.
Whether you get in touch with myself or another counsellor, I sincerely hope you find what you are looking for and are able to make the changes bringing about a happier, healthier and better life for you.
Feel free to contact me for a no-obligation consultation on 07780801532 or via firstname.lastname@example.org. For more information about me and my work please have a look at my website Change in You Therapies.
No matter how desperate it feels- it's only temporary. The benefits of counselling can last a lifetime. .. d
